What you are buying
A Complete Reading costs £1, paid once. That price is the whole price — there is no tax added at checkout, no subscription, no renewal and no second tier. It unlocks every discovery found for the two names you entered, any Complete Matches, and a PDF of the reading.
This is digital content, and it is delivered the moment you pay — in your browser and by email.
Normally you would have 14 days to change your mind. For digital content that right ends once delivery has begun, but only if you have asked us to start straight away and acknowledged that you are giving the right up. That is what the tick box on the payment page is: by ticking it you request immediate delivery and accept that once your reading is unlocked, the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies to it. If you do not want to give that right up, do not complete the payment — the preview is free and stays free.
Nothing here removes your other legal rights. If the product is faulty or does not do what this page says it does, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the above — see Refunds below, where we say plainly that we would rather refund you than argue.
What the results are
All Our Letters finds words, phrases and anagrams inside the letters of two names. The mathematics is exact and we stand behind it: no result is shown unless every letter it uses came from the names you gave us.
The meaning is another matter. Results are computational and creative. They are entertainment. They are not a prediction, a measure of compatibility, a judgement about anyone’s character, or a statement about anyone’s future, and nothing here should be treated as advice of any kind.
When we do not find a Complete Match we say that none was found in that search. Our search is thorough but bounded by time, so that wording is deliberate: it does not mean that no such result exists anywhere.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Your reading is built from your names and delivered the moment you pay, so there is nothing to return and no way to un-read it. We do not refund changes of mind, or a reading you did not enjoy.
If something goes wrong, email us and we will look at it case by case. Where the product has genuinely failed — the reading will not load, the PDF will not generate, you were charged twice — we will put it right or refund you. We would rather refund a pound than argue about one.
Fair use
Please do not automate the free analysis or attempt to scrape it. There are rate limits, and readings that trip them are declined rather than served slowly.
Names of other people
You are responsible for the names you enter. Do not use the tool to produce or share material that harasses or defames someone.
Availability
This is a small independent product. We do not promise uninterrupted service. If something breaks after you have paid, your reading remains yours and we will get it to you.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid — which is £1.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
