If something went wrong with a purchase

Tell us the two names you entered and roughly when. That is enough to find your reading. If the PDF did not arrive, or the page will not load, we will send it to you directly. If you were charged and did not get your reading, we will refund you.

If you found a wrong result

We would genuinely like to know. If a result appears to use a letter that is not in the names — the one thing this product promises cannot happen — send us the names and the result and we will investigate it as a defect, not a quibble.
